  • Use of entry works
    • -Illustrations of shortlisted candidates may be reproduced or resized for catalogue. Moreover, information in the catalogue is based on the online application form that participants submitted. Therefore, it is the participants’ responsibility to provide accurate information. All shortlisted candidates whose works are included in the catalogue will be granted one catalogue.
    -Shortlisted illustrations will be exhibited during Nami Island International Children’s Book Festival in 2026. The Nami Concours International Secretariat will mount and frame illustrations for the exhibition.
    -The copyright of the entries belongs to the participant (creator) and winning works (including shortlisted works) may be reproduced, distributed, exhibited, publicly transmitted to promote and achieve the purpose of the competition, without additional payment.
    -Artworks of Nami Concours winners are eligible for merchandising of their winning works run by the host, Nami Island Arts & Education, Inc. Merchandising may involve, but not be limited to, book publication, animation production, residency, art craft production, digital printing, etc. and will be determined based on the winning works’ nature. Hence, separate contracts will be made individually upon the artist’s consent.
  • Responsibility
    • -Shortlisted candidates hold the responsibility to deal with any conflict aroused due to copyright. The secretariat will never be a part of that conflict.
    -Submitting illustrations as an entry means that participants acknowledge and agree to the rules and regulation of Nami Concours.

  • 작품활용
    • -예비심사 통과작품은 도록용으로 편집되어 사용될 수 있으며 도록에 수록되는 정보는 온라인 접수 시 기입된 사항을 기본으로 합니다. 그러므로 부정확한 정보 기재에 대한 책임은 참가자 본인에게 있습니다. 모든 예비심사 통과자에게는 한 권의 도록을 증정합니다.
    -2026 나미콩쿠르 수상작품(예비심사 통과작품 포함)은 2026 남이섬세계책나라축제 및 국내외에서 순회전시 할 수 있습니다. 나미콩쿠르 사무국은 전시를 위해 프레임을 제작하며 필요시 사이즈를 조정하거나 복사할 수 있습니다.
    -출품된 작품에 대한 저작권은 응모자(창작자)에게 있으며, 수상작(예비심사 통과작품 포함)의 경우 홍보와 공모전의 취지 및 목적을 달성하기 위한 범위 내에서 복제/배포/전시/공중 송신의 방법으로 무상 활용하는 것에 동의합니다.
    -수상작가는 수상작에 한하여 추후 주관사에서 운영하는 상품화 사업에 참여할 수 있습니다. ‘주관사에서 운영하는 상품화 사업’이란 출판, 공연 제작, 애니메이션 제작, 아트 상품 제작, 디지털 프린트 제작 등을 포함합니다. 작품별 특성에 따라 협의 후 사업 내용이 결정되며, 작가의 동의를 기반으로 추진 시 별도 계약을 체결합니다.
  • 책임
    • -저작권과 관련한 분쟁 발생 시 모든 법적 책임은 응모자에게 귀속되며 나미콩쿠르 사무국은 어떠한 개입도 하지 않습니다.
    -작품을 출품한 모든 참가자는 나미콩쿠르의 규정과 규칙에 관해 이해하고 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

    Nami Island Arts & Education, Inc. collects and uses personal information for the following purposes and protects the privacy of individuals concerning personal information.

    1. The Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information:
    • To identify users, communicate efficiently, process inquiries, and forward announcements
    • As required data for online submission and offline jury sessions
    • As required data in promotional materials such as catalogues, domestic and/or international exhibitions etc.
    • For marketing and advertisement of newsletters, programs and projects, and updated information on the following concours

    2. Collected Personal Information
    • (Required) All personal and illustration (artwork) information in the application, ID (email address), and password

    3. Period of Retention
    (a) All information within the application form (including personal information, digital image file and information of illustrations): 2 years
    (b) Name, ID (email address): 10 years

    The collected personal information will be retained from the date of submission until the afore mentioned retention period, then destroyed.
    The collected personal information is the minimal information necessary for juries and thus, must be agreed upon before submitting the artworks.

    남이섬교육문화그룹㈜은 아래의 목적으로 개인정보를 수집 및 이용하며, 회원의 개인정보를 안전하게 취급하는 데 최선을 다합니다.

    1. 수집목적
    • 이용자 식별, 원활한 의사소통, 문의사항 처리, 공지사항 전달
    • 온라인 작품 접수, 심사 시 필수 자료로 활용
    • 도록 제작 및 국내외 전시 등 공모전 홍보를 위한 필수 자료로 활용
    • 뉴스레터, 행사, 차기 공모전 정보 전달, 마케팅 및 광고 등에 활용

    2. 수집항목
    (필수) 참가신청서 내 모든 개인정보 및 작품정보, 아이디(이메일 주소), 비밀번호

    3. 보유기간
    (1) 참가신청서 내 모든 정보(개인정보, 작품 이미지, 작품정보 포함): 2년
    (2) 이름, 아이디(이메일 주소): 10년

    수집된 정보는 가입으로부터 해당 기간 종료 시까지 보관 후 지체없이 파기됩니다.
    심사를 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보이므로 동의를 해 주셔야 작품 접수가 가능합니다.
